We work with you on the design of the survey. For example, how to word the survey questions; What type of survey questions to ask (e.g., open-ended, Likert scale, random multiple choice, etc.); How many respondents are needed for a certain confidence interval and where those respondents should be located; What level or title of respondent would be ideal, etc.

Using our Data Team and technology, we identify respondents and contact information.

We have an extensive pool of people located around the globe who are familiar with the idiosyncrasies in any region of the world. They ensure the project can work in those regions, provide translation when necessary, and act as the local managers. All with the purpose of ensuring a better quality survey.

We employ three layers of Quality Assurance (QA) for each survey response.

We synthesize and organize the data, then provide robust analytics. Tables, charts, graphs and more are generated. Open-ended questions are categorized. With thousands of data points, we make digesting the data easier. All of this is in a program that you're already used to using... Excel.
