TailorAI Marketing Privacy Policy

TailorAI Marketing is a marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and optimization platform operated by Tailor Research. Businesses may authorize TailorAI Marketing to connect to advertising, analytics, CRM, lead-management, and related business platforms, including LinkedIn and other supported providers. When authorized, TailorAI Marketing may access information from those integrations in order to operate the approved workflow.
This policy supplements Tailor Research's general Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
In this policy, "Tailor Research," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tailor Research, the operator of TailorAI Marketing. This policy applies to TailorAI Marketing, Tailor Research's website at tailorresearch.com, and authorized third-party platform integrations used in connection with TailorAI Marketing.

2. Categories of Information We May Collect or Receive
Depending on the products, integrations, and workflows a customer authorizes, we may collect, receive, store, or process categories of information such as:
- account, business, organization, profile, and platform identifiers;
- contact information such as name, email address, phone number, company, title, and location;
- lead-form metadata, custom question definitions, hidden fields, consent text, and submitted answers;
- CRM and lead-management records, pipeline stages, follow-up status, and attribution records;
- campaign, advertisement, creative, audience, keyword, and related account configuration data;
- performance, delivery, engagement, attribution, reporting, and conversion metrics;
- user-provided instructions, approvals, support requests, and operational logs; and
- device, browser, IP address, and similar technical data collected through ordinary website and application operation.
3. LinkedIn Integration and Lead Gen Data
If a customer authorizes LinkedIn integrations, TailorAI Marketing may receive data made available through the applicable LinkedIn API products and permissions, including organization/Page identifiers, advertising account information, lead-form metadata, consent records, and lead responses submitted by LinkedIn members.
LinkedIn Lead Gen Form and Lead Sync data may include information a member submits in a lead form, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, location, custom-form responses, consent responses, associated campaign or form identifiers, and response timestamps, to the extent those fields are included in the form and provided to us through the authorized integration.
We do not claim access to every category of LinkedIn data in all cases. The specific data available to us depends on the LinkedIn product, OAuth scopes, customer authorization, and the information the member actually submitted.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information covered by this policy to:
- connect, maintain, secure, and support authorized integrations;
- sync lead data into a CRM, CDP, marketing automation platform, or lead-management workflow authorized by the customer;
- organize, qualify, route, and manage leads and related follow-up tasks;
- contact or help our customer contact and follow up with leads, prospects, or respondents where the customer has authorized that workflow and applicable law or consent permits it;
- measure campaign performance, attribution, reporting, pipeline progression, and return on investment;
- generate dashboards, analytics, recommendations, forecasts, and operational reports;
- troubleshoot, audit, detect misuse, and improve TailorAI Marketing; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
5. Data Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal information or LinkedIn lead data. We may disclose information as needed to the customer or account owner that authorized the integration and to service providers or processors that help us host, secure, operate, support, analyze, or integrate TailorAI Marketing, such as infrastructure providers, database providers, CRM or workflow providers, analytics providers, communications providers, security providers, and AI/model providers used to operate approved product workflows.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Tailor Research, our customers, users, or others.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. TailorAI Marketing is designed to use server-side credentials, account permissions, and access controls so that connected-platform data and tokens are not intended to be publicly exposed through the website.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers should also review and manage the permissions, consent settings, access roles, and credential controls available within their connected third-party platforms.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TailorAI Marketing, maintain records of authorized activity, support reporting and attribution, respond to legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security and integrity of our systems.
Retention may vary by integration, data type, customer relationship, legal requirements, and platform-specific rules. Where LinkedIn or another platform imposes more restrictive storage, caching, display, export, or deletion requirements, we intend to apply those requirements to the relevant data set.
8. Deletion Requests and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and relationship to Tailor Research, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or objection relating to personal information we hold. To submit a privacy request, contact info@tailorresearch.com.
If you are a LinkedIn lead or other respondent and your information was collected on behalf of one of our customers, we may need to coordinate with that customer to verify authority and process the request appropriately. We may retain information where necessary to comply with law, preserve security and audit records, or document authorized business activity.
9. LinkedIn-Specific Data Handling
When TailorAI Marketing receives data through LinkedIn APIs, we intend to use, disclose, retain, and protect that data in accordance with the applicable LinkedIn API permissions, LinkedIn Marketing API terms, LinkedIn data storage requirements, and any additional restrictions LinkedIn applies during or after review.
In particular, certain categories of LinkedIn member profile data and member social activity data may be subject to stricter caching, storage, display, export, or use restrictions than lead-form response data or account-level reporting data. We do not treat all LinkedIn-originated data as interchangeable, and we expect our internal handling rules to vary based on the data category and LinkedIn permission involved.
If we receive LinkedIn lead-form response data through an approved Lead Sync workflow, we may use that data to sync leads to authorized CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and lead-management systems, and to support permitted lead follow-up and reporting for the customer that authorized the integration.
10. Third-Party Platforms
TailorAI Marketing interoperates with third-party platforms that are independently operated, including LinkedIn and other advertising, analytics, CRM, and business systems. Those third parties remain governed by their own terms, data policies, and privacy practices, and Tailor Research is not responsible for those independent policies or systems.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in TailorAI Marketing, supported integrations, legal requirements, platform requirements, or operational practices. The version posted at this URL controls as of its stated "Last updated" date.
